MORE LIFE / DOWNLOAD PRIVACY

Your details.
Handled with care.

This notice covers requests for the free Lose Fat Keep Muscle handbook. Updated 1 November 2026.

What we collect and why

More Life, run by Raheem Varma, saves the name and email you enter, the book requested, request dates and download counts. This records your free book request and provides access to the PDF. We do not need your address, phone number, payment details or health information.

What happens after you submit

Your download is shown on this website. This form does not send email and does not subscribe you to marketing. The email you enter is not independently verified. Your name and email are visible only in the shop owner's protected records and export, not on public pages.

Storage and retention

Records are held in the website's hosted database. Personal request records are removed after 12 months without a new request when the shop is next used or the owner opens the records. Download links expire after 24 hours. Short-lived hashed network counters help limit automated requests; raw IP addresses are not saved in the shop records, and these counters expire within 20 minutes.

Who can access the records

The More Life shop owner can view, export and delete the records after signing in. The website's hosting providers process the data to operate the service. We do not sell your details or publish the download list.

Questions or removal requests

Contact More Life through the contact links on the website and identify the email you used. The owner can remove your saved request record. You do not need to provide medical or financial information.
